The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
However, the novice is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Paul declared.
